When can I expect my order?
Our packages are processed within 1–3 business days. The total estimated delivery time is 4–12 working days after your order has been placed, depending on your location.

We currently ship to customers across the United States.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order, so you always know the exact amount in advance.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely at checkout.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also follow your order anytime through our Track Your Order page.

I am not satisfied with my order. What should I do?
Not satisfied with your order? We are very sorry and would like to hear what we can do to help. Send an email to info@tammybradley.com and we will solve it as soon as possible!

How do I return or exchange an item?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags attached. For full details, please see our Return and Refund Policy, or email us at:

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to make changes to your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

What if I am not at home when the delivery person comes?
If your package does not need to be signed for, the delivery person may leave your package in the mailbox or with a neighbor. If this is not possible, the package will be taken back to the depot and a new delivery attempt will be made the next delivery day.

I have entered an incorrect address, can you correct this?
Once a package has been shipped, we cannot change the address. However, you can use the tracking link to redirect the package to a service point. Please contact us at info@tammybradley.com as soon as possible so we can assist you.

My package has been marked as delivered, but I haven't received anything. What now?
We kindly ask you to first check with your direct neighbors and look around your property. Also check your mailbox. If your package still hasn't surfaced, please contact us at info@tammybradley.com as soon as possible so we can start an investigation.
