- Return Shipping Costs: For returns due to a change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer; Tammy Bradley does not cover or reimburse these fees. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, Tammy Bradley will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or a full refund.
How to Return an Item

- Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
- Package Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
- Shipping Label: We will send you a return address. It is the customer's responsibility to purchase a shipping label at the post office or carrier of choice (except for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, where we cover the cost).
- Send the Package: Drop off the package at the nearest shipping point as specified in the return instructions.
Refund Process

- Refund: After approval, we will process your refund. It may take up to 7 business days for the amount to appear in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
