Return Policy

  • Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
  • Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for return.

  • Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Shipping: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or are not satisfied, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, and Tammy Bradley does not cover or reimburse these fees. However, if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, Tammy Bradley will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or a full refund. In that case, please contact us at info@tammybradley.com within 30 days of delivery and include photos of the issue so we can resolve it for you as quickly as possible.

Refund Policy

Processing Time: Once we've received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Refund Amount: Only the cost of the returned item(s) will be refunded. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you will receive a full refund including any shipping costs you paid.

Exchange Policy

If the exchange is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Tammy Bradley will cover all shipping costs.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order.
